If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us by email at [email protected] or through your account at atolla.com/account within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. In lieu of a refund, we will reformulate your custom skincare for free and send you the new product(s) to replace the ones you were unhappy with.
